About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to spearhead our organization's learning and development initiatives.

As a pioneer in healthcare, our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and service excellence. To achieve this goal, we need a talented individual who can design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive business results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with our organization's objectives. This includes creating behavioral and leadership training programs for employees at all levels, as well as designing and delivering executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders.

To ensure the effectiveness of our training initiatives, the ideal candidate will also establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact. Additionally, they will analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a service-related industry, preferably in aviation or hospitality. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end learning and development functions.
