About this role:

Voya India pioneers the transformation of the customer experience through technology, innovation, and human creativity. The Learning and Development Manager will enable functional capability, process proficiency, and skill development for assigned business units.

This position manages the end-to-end learning cycle from Training Needs Identification to program execution, facilitation, and impact measurement.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business units.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  1. Learning Cycle Management
  • Manage the end-to-end learning cycle for assigned business units.
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet business needs.
