Job Title: Learning and Development Expert

Our team is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Learning and Development Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning strategies that drive business growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and design targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Design and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Develop and manage budgets for learning initiatives and ensure ROI on investments.
  • Other projects/tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate expertise in learning and development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Psychology).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a global or regional role.
  • Exceptional understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
