Job Role: Training Specialist

Job Description:

  • Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
  • Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
  • Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirement).
  • Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
  • Partner with operations leaders while conducting station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps on an immediate basis.
  • Identify learning coaches & certify them.
  • Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and handling projects will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to translate given content in regional languages.
  • Provide support to existing data management through analysis and accurate reports.
  • Capability to present intricate information to various audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Excellent organization & interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends (in case of business requirement).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years experience as a Training Specialist/Trainer in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) to interact with ground team.
