Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

The role of a Learning and Development Specialist is crucial for the growth and success of any organization. This position involves communicating with various stakeholders, inputting data into budget trackers, creating program events on event management systems, tracking data from these systems, managing training communications, content creation and review, analyzing participant feedback, handling queries and grievances, and providing data for reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with program managers, participants, and other stakeholders.
  • Data Input: He/She will input data into the budget tracker for expense-related programs/courses validated from expense invoices.
  • Program Events: Create program events on an event management system incorporating relevant data for program participants.
  • Data Tracking: Track and derive data from the event management system after completion of programs for further processing.
  • Training Management: Manage training communication with participants, including program announcements, enrolments, training invites, and content creation/review.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze participant feedback and recommend improvements for further sessions.
  • Query Handling: Handle participant queries and grievances.
  • Report Generation: Pull out data for various reports, including attendance, feedback, and participant headcount.
  • Course Management: Add or modify courses on web pages.
  • Layout Creation: Create layouts based on provided content, including Units, Activities, Quiz, Survey forms, Feedback forms, Assessment, etc.
  • Document Upload: Upload different kinds of documents in the form of Image, Video, PDF, SCORM, HTML, and create survey forms.
  • Candidate Enrollment: Enroll candidates by creating profiles.
  • Pricing: Pricing courses as paid or free with add-on discounts if applicable.
