Role Overview:
You will be at the heart of our operations, juggling diverse projects, designing engaging training content, and ensuring seamless execution. Your role will play a pivotal part in shaping the learning experiences that drive transformation across teams and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact training materials, e-learning modules, and engaging resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth program rollouts.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, budgets, and tracking tools.
- Optimize processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
Innovation in L&D:
- Experiment with modern learning tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Stay updated on trends in learning technologies and recommend best-fit solutions.
Facilitation (Desirable):
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions.
- Ability to moderate large groups virtually and face-to-face.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools).
- Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take on varied challenges.
- Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of LMS platforms and tools (e.g., MindTickle, Asana).
