Job Overview:

  • Collaborating with program managers, participants, and relevant stakeholders
  • Designing program events on an event management system
  • Tracking data from the event management system
  • Managing training communication with participants
  • Analyzing participant feedback and recommending improvements
  • Addressing participant queries and grievances

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for content creation and review, extracting data for reports, updating courses on web pages, configuring privacy settings, designing layouts, and uploading documents.

A minimum of 15 years of regular, full-time education is required, with a strong foundation in communication, project management, and technical skills.
