This position requires a professional who can assist in the development of a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be able to design, implement, and deliver engaging learning programs for employees, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills development.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining a curriculum catalogue, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Additionally, they will facilitate learning programs, workshops, and other activities to support employee development.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs
- Manage and maintain a curriculum catalogue
- Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and other activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, human resources, business)
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
