About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track program effectiveness using analytics and feedback.
What We're Looking For
  • 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or Talent Development.
  • Strong skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management System tools.
  • Masters in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development or related field preferred.
