
E-Learning Program Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Design and Delivery Manager to lead the development and implementation of effective learning programs.
- The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a senior learning design role, creating engaging and effective learning materials.
- A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, React/Node JS, and Oracle LMS is essential.
- Familiarity with e-learning software, instructional design principles, and project management methodologies is also required.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing learning materials, conducting training needs analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Arts, Multimedia, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or project management are advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, infographics, presentations, and other multimedia content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop detailed instructional design plans, storyboards, and scripts.
- Manage the implementation of learning technologies and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations and develop policies and processes to support the deployment of learning solutions.
