Interactive Learning Designer

We are seeking an innovative and skilled interactive learning designer to collaborate with our team in developing engaging and interactive e-learning modules.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing immersive e-learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners. Utilizing various authoring tools and technologies, you will create visually appealing and effective multimedia elements, including videos, animations, simulations, audio elements, and visual elements.

You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless user experience by designing and implementing intuitive navigation and interfaces within the e-learning modules. Additionally, you will ensure that all multimedia elements adhere to accessibility standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

As the primary liaison for each project, you will oversee schedules and collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors. You will actively participate in project teams, take a leadership role in assigned projects, and advocate for accessibility and conduct usability testing as needed.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards
  • Design and implement effective user interfaces and navigation
  • Ensure multimedia elements are accessible to all learners
  • Oversee project schedules and collaborate with stakeholders
Qualifications:

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related position. Proven experience in e-learning development, including the use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms is required.

Strong skills in designing templates, graphic content, illustrations, infographics, animations, video, audio editing, and web-style pages are also essential. Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, or other programming languages to enhance course interactivity is a plus.

Additionally, we seek a result-oriented individual with a flair for solving problems in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Strong business relationships and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are also highly valued.
