E-learning Content Developer

Objective
- Define and deliver training content, including Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), eLearning modules, job aids, hands-on labs, assessments, and more. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training materials that adhere to standards across various formats. This includes crafting clear learning objectives, comprehensive courses, interactive exercises, and effective assessments.
- Collaborate with SMEs to integrate expert feedback into training materials.
- Establish clear learning pathways for different audience segments.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, adapting accordingly to changing priorities.
- Align training strategies with diverse stakeholder needs.
- Adhere to design standards and templates for the development and delivery of all training curricula.
- Review content and offer mentorship to team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Utilize industry-authoring tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, HTML, and other relevant authoring tools to create and design training materials.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and analyses.
- Apply instructional design principles and models to meet project specifications.
