Job Title: E-Learning Content Developer

E-learning content developers are responsible for designing and developing interactive online training solutions. They work with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create e-learning modules, courses, and assessments using Articulate 360, PowerPoint, or other course authoring tools.
  • Design and develop dynamic resources that support corporate initiatives.
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, video, and audio files that meet business specifications.
  • Capture high-quality video using video recording cameras and equipment.
  • Work with the L&D team to produce a variety of video-based training projects.
  • Write scripts for training video scenarios, story-based videos, and character development.
  • Use storytelling and characters in videos to enhance end-users' learning experiences.
  • Develop concepts, storyboard, and write script content for various types of videos such as sales skills, soft skills, story-based scenarios.
  • Manage library of video and production content, providing photos and videos to the team as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot eLearning module and LMS platform issues.
  • Publish and organize course curriculum on the Workday LMS platform.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college in media, journalism, communications, graphic design, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in instructional design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) content development, Microsoft Office, and LMS publication tools.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Diligent work ethic, creating and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

This position requires occasional but limited travel to corporate business units.

The ideal candidate will have up to 75% dedicated to digital content creation and up to 25% dedicated to instructional design creation, field research, and independent development.
