Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the development and management of e-learning content.


Main Responsibilities:
  • E-learning Content Development:
    - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, review, update, and ensure the accuracy of existing and new e-learning content.
    - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new e-learning courses and modules prior to deployment.
    - Manage the content lifecycle, including version control, archiving, and retirement of outdated materials.

  • LMS Administration & Management:
    - Serve as the primary administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS)
    - Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions; troubleshoot access issues.
    - Upload, organize, and publish e-learning courses, modules, and learning paths.
    - Create and manage learning assignments, notifications, and completion tracking.
    - Monitor LMS performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to users.

  • Learning Program Support:
    - Support the deployment of new learning initiatives and programs within the LMS and across the organization.
    - Assist in the creation of engaging learning pathways and user-friendly navigation within the LMS.
    - Provide support for virtual instructor-led training sessions, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant management.

Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
    - Advanced English level.
    - 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on LMS administration and e-learning content management.
    - Proven experience as an administrator for LMS.
    - Strong understanding of e-learning standards
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
