Job Description:

 

As a Learning Program Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing learning initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a basic understanding of adult learning principles.

 

You will work closely with business units to identify training needs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and coordinate with instructional designers and facilitators. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing learning programs aligned with organizational goals, managing program schedules and resources, tracking metrics and KPIs, and ensuring program quality and consistency.

 

In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage risks and issues.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in L&D or a related field
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with LMS and common learning technologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

 

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Project Management certification is preferred, and L&D certifications are beneficial. Experience with instructional design methodologies and process improvement initiatives using data and metrics is also desired.
