Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the development and execution of our Learning and Development programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of these programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
  • Tracking program performance, maintaining relevant documentation, and providing regular updates
  • Supporting strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently
  • Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions
