Job Overview:

\

We're now looking for someone to own learning & growth - a leader who keeps teams upskilled, builds training programs that stick and ensures continuous professional development. You will design and deliver training programs that elevate skills across our organization - including production, scripting, video editing, TA, operations and account management - to support a culture of growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Assess training and development needs across teams. Partner with HR, managers, and external trainers to align learning with business objectives.\
  • Create blended learning formats: workshops, modules, coaching, online platforms.\
  • Introduce innovative L&D strategies, including digital learning, gamification, and microlearning.\
  • Design in-house training led by the existing team, complemented by external sessions from industry experts.\
  • Partner with department heads and external experts to shape the curriculum.\
  • Monitor training impact, refine programs based on feedback.\
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and business needs.\
  • Champion continuous learning, knowledge-sharing culture. Ensure team accountability.\
  • Measure ROI of learning interventions via performance and engagement metrics.\
  • Stay abreast of industry people trends in order to understand how to future proof the business\
  • Support leadership development programs and career progression plans.\
  • Drive a learning culture through internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.\
  • Stay updated with L&D trends and best practices.\
