Learning and Development Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist to spearhead organizational growth through comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Learning Program Design and Delivery: Develop engaging learning programs (workshops, e-learning, coaching, etc.) that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Content Creation: Design high-quality training content using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Training Facilitation: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring seamless execution of learning programs.
