Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Talent Development Professional to drive strategic growth initiatives in our Asia Pacific region. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with regional PC leads to co-develop and implement learning strategies that align with our organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership teams to design and deliver impactful learning solutions supporting organizational growth.
  • Oversee annual L&D planning, ensuring continuous improvement in learning methodology through diverse delivery strategies.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including emerging talent programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to successfully launch global leadership programs in the region.
  • Work closely with external vendors and consultants to support learning initiatives.
  • Support regional and global projects across Asia, North America, and Europe.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to ensure high-quality program implementation.
  • Coach and guide team members for problem-solving and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in global/regional L&D or HR consulting.
  • Exceptional understanding of L&D best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ability to engage and influence employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and consultation skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills with ability to drive implementation.
