**Job Title:** Lead Learning

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in learning and development. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering impactful learning programs that drive business growth and employee development.

  • As a leader of the L&D team, you will foster an environment of continuous learning and collaboration, leveraging your strong instructional design skills to create engaging training programs that meet diverse learning needs.
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with our business objectives, conducting thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
  • To ensure the effectiveness of our training programs, you will establish a robust evaluation process, utilizing data-driven insights to inform program improvements and optimize learning outcomes.
  • You will also promote a culture of learning within our organization, staying up-to-date on compliance and regulatory requirements related to training and development, and collaborating with stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems are highly desirable.

**Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Learning and Development role
  • Proven experience in leading and managing an L&D team
  • Strong instructional design skills with experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Expertise in a variety of learning methodologies, including instructor-led training, eLearning & blended learning
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus
