Talent Acquisition Lead About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of recruiters who support our U.S. and Canadian locations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in talent acquisition. They will be responsible for building a high-performing team that meets all talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 15 recruiters
  • Help build a highly performing team that meets all talent acquisition goals
  • Address employee performance and conduct annual performance reviews
  • Prepare HR metrics reports on a biweekly basis and present the findings to talent acquisition and HR management
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions
  • Leverage diverse candidate pools to acquire the best talent and expedite the recruitment process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience supervising and developing employees in US recruiting function
  • 5+ years' experience in US recruiting industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
