Enterprise Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team in North America and the Middle East and Africa region. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact at a fast-growing, innovative company that's transforming how businesses manage contracts.
As an Enterprise BDR, you will be responsible for creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within your defined territory. You will research and build accounts, conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, and present sales pitches to potential prospects.
You will also collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information into Hubspot. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to identify product improvements and achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
This role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot, and a self-sufficient attitude with a strong internal sense of urgency. You should be able to work well with other teams and be comfortable delivering and receiving feedback.
In exchange for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work with a tight-knit group of individuals who value collective social experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- Research and build accounts, including adding contacts and sending emails.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
- Present sales pitches and product reports to potential prospects.
- Collect and track sales intelligence information using Hubspot.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify product improvements.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR, preferably in the SaaS industry within the North America & MEA market.
- Driven and ready to enter a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hungry to learn sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot.
- Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
- Thoughtful and able to see the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills and persistent follow-through on commitments.
- Flexible and coachable, with a willingness to make adjustments on the fly.
- Comfortable delivering and receiving feedback.
- Friendly and excited to work with a tight-knit group of individuals who value collective social experiences.
