IIHMR University, Jaipur is a leading institution seeking an exceptional candidate for the Academic Operations Manager position. The role involves assisting the Registrar with academic administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, coordinating committee activities, and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate student records, transcripts, degree certifications, and other relevant documentation, ensuring proper filing in both physical and digital formats.
  • Evaluate adherence to UGC and other statutory regulations, submitting mandatory disclosures and preparing compliance reports in coordination with the Registrar.
  • Draft agendas, minutes, and action-taken reports for the Board of Management, Academic Council, and other committees, following up on decisions and ensuring timely payments for committee members.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating institutional policies, MoUs, and notifications, ensuring their effective implementation across the university.
  • Manage data collection for regulatory bodies, including reports for government agencies, scholarships, and internal use, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Prepare responses to queries from the Govt. of Rajasthan, Vidhan Sabha, and other regulatory bodies, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Examination Office for smooth conduct of exams, result processing, and certificate issuance, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to organize university events, convocations, conferences, and committee meetings, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Oversee updates to university portals, manage student data, verify scholarship applications, and maintain the accuracy of digital records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Regularly update mandatory disclosures and university website content, guaranteeing the accuracy of departmental information and promoting transparency.
  • Resolve student grievances related to admissions, exams, and scholarships, adhering to university policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support the Registrar's Office staff, providing training on processes, regulations, and administrative functions, promoting professional development.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, enabling efficient task management and prioritization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online portal management, leveraging technology to streamline operations.
  • Ability to lead teams and handle confidential information, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree, emphasizing academic and administrative expertise.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in administrative roles, with a deep understanding of academic and institutional operations, showcasing leadership potential.

Estimated Salary:

Rupees 8-10 lakhs per annum, reflecting the importance of this role within the university structure.
