Job Title: Business Development Executive - Academic Support
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Estimated Salary: ₹25-35 lakhs per annum
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities- Prospect and lead generation by identifying potential clients and target markets through online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
- Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
- Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
