IIHMR University is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented leader to oversee all examination-related processes. As a key administrative position, this role involves ensuring efficient and transparent examination operations, maintaining academic standards, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for examination activities, including scheduling, communication, and adherence to the academic calendar.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with curriculum schedules and university policies.
  • Supervise the development and secure storage of question papers, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Organize the secure distribution of question papers in accordance with university protocols.
  • Evaluate and process exam results accurately and efficiently, prioritizing data security and transparency.
  • Oversee the issuance of grade sheets, transcripts, and degree certificates.
  • Maintain examination standards in compliance with regulatory guidelines for healthcare and management education.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of examination procedures to ensure quality and integrity.
  • Led and support the examination office team, setting performance standards and providing training on updated examination protocols.
  • Manage departmental resources effectively to maintain smooth operations.
  • Address examination-related grievances, including re-evaluation requests and discrepancies, according to university policy.
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance examination processes, such as online examination portals, digital evaluation systems, and automated result processing.
  • Review and refine examination protocols regularly to promote accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with faculty, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and transparent exam operations.
  • Represent the examination office in discussions with academic and regulatory bodies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Show proficiency in digital examination management systems and data security.
  • Have knowledge of academic and regulatory compliance standards (UGC, relevant standards for healthcare and management education).
  • Display effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be able to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. from a recognized university or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in academic administration, with at least 5 years in a similar role managing examinations or student assessments.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling examination cycles, from scheduling and administration to result processing and certification.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
