Senior Account Director - Client Service Expert

The Senior Account Director is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional client service to our global clients. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service, you will be the face of our agency and play a critical role in driving revenue growth, client retention, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content meeting business needs
  • Anticipate client requirements and offer proactive solutions
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility, ensuring margins, timelines, and impact are met
  • Grow and develop the client services team into consultative partners
  • Challenge the status quo and demonstrate what better looks like

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B preferred)
  • Ability to hold senior CMOs and marketing leaders in high regard
  • Strong management skills to balance detail and direction
  • Track record of managing multi-market accounts
  • Instinct for commercial growth and delivery discipline
