Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing, located in Thane. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and develop and nurture client accounts. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends, formulating marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align sales and marketing goals with the company's overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proficiency in Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and develop marketing strategies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in securing orders independently, including managing approvals from various TPIAs and consultants.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, International business, domestic and international Marketing.
