We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our digital growth journey. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing roadmap of an AI-driven platform from startup to scale-up. You will combine creativity, analytics, and cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized customer experiences, drive acquisition, and foster long-term loyalty.

Head of Marketing – Digital (AI-Driven E-commerce Platform)

Location: Thane

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Growth

  • Design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to build brand presence, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead performance marketing across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and other digital channels, optimizing for engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns, refine targeting, and enhance customer journeys.
  • Oversee content and brand messaging to ensure consistency with Clyzo's mission and values.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of marketers, developers, and data scientists.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and present KPIs to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content, social, performance marketing) with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into marketing campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and digital marketing tools.
  • Track record of leading teams and scaling digital-first businesses.
