Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a client relations specialist to support accounts globally, empowering investors to make more sustainable investment decisions. The team collaborates with a diverse range of asset owners, asset managers, and financial institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of client relationships involving asset owners, asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAS.
  • Enable clients to access and understand Sustainalytics research products and ESG data for incorporation into their investment processes, escalating as needed.
  • Ensure clients have access to subscribed research through our online platform or receive recurring/one-off standard services, reports, or deliverables.
  • Respond promptly to client queries to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Administrate client information in our internal relationship management system.
  • Understand, interpret, and analyze client requests regarding data or methodology.
  • Triage new cases while multitasking with client calls and existing cases.
  • Familiarity with ESG data sets and parameters is required.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in customer service.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (business, finance, environment, social sciences).
  • Strong customer service skills and process-focused approach.
  • Ability to efficiently process client inquiries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail.
  • Efficient, organized team player with high integrity.
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Alignment with Sustainalytics' Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Willingness to support global clients in their time zones.
