Senior Transformer Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager at Hammond Power Solutions in Bangalore. This role involves generating leads, achieving sales targets, and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and achieve set sales targets in the defined region/segment/sector.
- Revenue generation and branding the company's image for further requirements.
- Achieve all key business goals, objectives, and set KPIs.
- This role includes developing the department and the company at large.
- Achieving sales targets as defined within the set timeframe.
- To build and support strong client relationships and networks with continuous improvement in different market segments.
- Acquisition of new customers, clients, and business units and retaining existing ones.
- Analyzing and making recommendations to effectively bring projects to completion.
- Sales, order booking, and collection as per AOP, acquisition of new customers, and customer retention.
This role reports directly to the Vertical Head – Industries & Infrastructure. It also closely coordinates with company executives, stakeholders, and partners as appropriate.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities, and Work Conditions- Bachelor's Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent degree.
- PGDBM, Master's in Engineering or Business Administration is preferable.
- Prior experience in transformers industry is essential.
- Minimum 15-20 years' progressive sales experience with strong focus on business development, revenue generation, customer relations, and experience handling business independently.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Good understanding/experience of business development process through consultants and other influencers.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Creative and innovative thinking with fresh approaches.
- Risk management and strong ability in handling stress and working on deadlines.
- Excellent project management, leadership skills, and team management.
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office, analyzing data in presentable/required forms (spreadsheets/presentations/etc.).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language is a must.
