
Strategic Employee Relations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our recruitment and employee relations efforts in the Real Estate sector.
This is a key role that will require you to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience.
- You are people-oriented and results-driven with strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- You possess excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees till exit for business.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Nurture a positive working environment through effective communication and team building.
- Actively participate in HR Audit process and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
