
Strategic Employee Relations Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement employee relations strategies that drive business growth, improve consultant experiences, and enhance employee engagement.
This role involves building strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S., providing trusted advice on complex employment matters, evaluating and resolving employee concerns, and designing data-driven models to influence decisions.
- Cultivate effective working relationships with consultants to promote collaboration, trust, and open communication.
- Analyze and resolve complex employment issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and implement ER models and trending analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize consultant experiences.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through consultant referrals and redeployment.
- Manage high-complexity ER cases and internal investigations with discretion and professionalism.
