
Chief Employee Experience Officer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing employee engagement strategies that drive retention and satisfaction. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and work closely with leadership to design and implement programs that promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar that includes recognition events, team-building initiatives, and other activities designed to foster a positive work environment.
- Design and manage structured onboarding programs for new employees, including 15/30/60/90-day check-ins and one-on-one conversations to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring cultural assimilation and maintaining an employee journey dashboard to track milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
- Provide actionable insights to managers to improve retention during the probation period and create holistic performance dashboards that blend people insights with operational accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey: Own the end-to-end onboarding experience and maintain an employee journey dashboard.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Surveys & Insights: Design and manage engagement, pulse, and exit surveys and analyze survey data to derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with survey design, data analysis, and presentation.
- Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS platforms, and/or data visualization tools.
