HR Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on performance management and rewards & recognition, familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance regulations, proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva preferred), demonstrated strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

  • Analyzing HR data to enhance processes retention rates and employee engagement.
  • Mentoring and managing the HR team ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
