Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Leader to spearhead our HR strategy, fostering alignment with business objectives and driving organizational growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a Group HR Strategy that harmonizes with company goals, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Cultivate synergy across group companies by standardizing policies and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Promote talent development through Leadership Talent Strategy: assessment, coaching, and succession planning for CXOs and key roles.
  • Manage the Group-wide High Potential (HiPo) and Future Leaders programs, nurturing future leaders and enhancing organizational capacity.
  • Foster talent mobility within the group, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversight of the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and senior executives.
  • Collaboration with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to design and implement executive compensation structures, aligning with industry standards and company policies.
  • Partnership with CEOs and CHROs for synchronized HR delivery across companies, ensuring seamless integration and mutual support.
  • Establishment of a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice implementation, promoting expertise and excellence.
  • Reporting to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
