Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships to drive joint business growth.

As an extension of our clients' go-to-market infrastructure, you will leverage your expertise to build and execute co-selling and demand generation strategies. This is a crucial position for a strategic thinker with a total ownership mindset who can navigate complex partner landscapes and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. You must be adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
