Strategic Partnership Lead in Education Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to spearhead our partnership efforts in the education sector in India. This high-visibility role is critical in driving growth, engagement, and effective delivery of Adobe products in the education market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector. This involves identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with key stakeholders across the ecosystem, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, and other education-focused organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive business growth and expansion in the Indian education sector.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
