The successful Account Manager will be responsible for leading the entire process of lead management, sales and business development across their designated region. This involves ensuring 100% coverage in assigned territories and tracking other key parameters to drive growth.
Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation initiatives are crucial to building a flagship brand for property. The Account Manager must map new projects and new builders in designated territories, acquiring new projects and new builders to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Achieving revenue and coverage targets is essential. To this end, the Account Manager must develop and maintain databases, perform regular reporting and follow-ups, and provide market intelligence and data analytics to inform marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and 1 to 8 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales. They should have worked in real estate, e-commerce or online businesses and demonstrate dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
Key qualifications include passion for selling, drive, resilience, persistence, and dexterity in communicating with people.
