Job Description:

Project Managers play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives. This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic transformation goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. They will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Capture requirements and align solutions with business needs.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and commercial business flows.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
