Project Director

Description:

The director will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.

This role includes overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP, managing system integrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support for successful delivery.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, driving adoption of resolutions across teams.
  • Oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance in line with pharmaceutical standards.
  • Support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams.
  • Drive structured solutions for system or process issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical sector, with strong awareness of regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and commercial business flows.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing system integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills – ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide structured resolutions.
