Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our global initiative in cosmetics, injectables, and pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, commercialization, and leadership.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will define and execute a strategic roadmap for new product development and market entry across key markets. They will report directly to the Board on innovation milestones, brand performance, and commercialization success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive new product development strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead research, formulation, clinical validation, and production of innovative health and beauty products.
  • Bridge scientific insight with consumer needs to ensure strong market resonance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-profile global products and partnerships.
  • Oversee international distribution networks and go-to-market channels. Ensure all products meet regulatory standards in major markets.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing global team in NPD, marketing, and commercialization. Create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and scientific innovation.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent) in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of executive leadership in product development and brand growth, particularly within beauty, health, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven success in launching global products and managing cross-border regulatory pathways.
  • Deep commercial understanding of North American and MENA (Middle East/North Africa) markets.
