We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in BIM services to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic sales acumen, technical proficiency, and relationship management skills to drive business expansion in a dynamic environment.
This role involves developing sales strategies, engaging clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Sales Target: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the company.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach, focusing on exceeding sales targets consistently.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of BIM principles and proficiency in BIM services. Articulate technical details about the BIM services proficiently and adapt communication to suit various clients.
Customer AcquisitionIdentify and engage potential clients in the BIM industry. Generate leads through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
Relationship BuildingNurture and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Presentations and DemonstrationsConduct engaging service demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of the BIM industry. Customize presentations to address the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
Market ResearchConduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Reporting and AnalysisGenerate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
Preferred Skills & QualificationA Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. 7+ years of experience in Business Development is required. Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities is essential.
