Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Performance Partner to drive revenue growth and sales performance. This key role requires a deep understanding of commercial operations, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.

Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with commercial teams and performance management analysis, with expertise in deriving insights from data, account management principles, forecasting, sales tools, competitive intelligence analysis, and performance management. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable insights, and drive performance improvement initiatives in commercial operations.

Additionally, proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, data analysis tools, and workflow management software is required. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, combined with experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment, are also crucial. An entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, process improvement, and independence are valuable assets for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience working with commercial teams and performance management analysis.
  • Expertise in deriving insights from data, account management principles, forecasting, sales tools, competitive intelligence analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable insights, and drive performance improvement initiatives in commercial operations.
