Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you will be part of the Operational Excellence function responsible for delivering change across Commercial Banking Operations. The centralized model helps apply structure, consistency, and drive execution results for Commercial Banking Operations Strategic and Risk priorities.

You will work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, measure, and plan the end-to-end implementation of new Workflow management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize inefficient business/operational processes with the goal of driving measurable improvements.
  • Work with key stakeholders, including Business SMEs, Process Engineering, Business Risk & Control, Product & Delivery, and Technology, to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

This role requires solid experience working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. You must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
