Job Title: Lead Operations Specialist

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years of medium management experience and leading teams as well;
  • Deep knowledge of insurance operations and customer experience transformation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment using agile methodologies.
