The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Generation and Deal Closure: Identify, pursue, and close commercial office transactions across multiple sites, including multi-tenanted buildings, build-to-suit projects, campus spaces, data centers, and community/social infrastructure.">
  • Increase prospect base and secure BTS (Build-to-Suit) lease agreements for GMR Education District.">
  • Achieve land monetization targets in sectors such as Home Furnishings and Automotive.">
  • Project Promotion: Engage target audiences, present project vision, and drive awareness of AeroCity Project.">
  • Nurture relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and local commercial brokers to generate business opportunities and leads.">
  • Act as primary account manager for signed clients, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.">

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, with a minimum of 8 years specifically in the Hyderabad Real Estate market.">

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.">
