Commercial Real Estate Analyst Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in the development and enhancement of our commercial real estate loan origination and administration platform.

This position involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of customers in the commercial real estate market.

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for commercial real estate loan origination and post-closing administration, including draw management and disbursement processes.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contributing to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
