Job Role:Assistant Manager – Commercial Real Estate
This role is designed for a candidate who can take ownership, build rapport, and grow into a leadership role in the Commercial vertical over time.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Undergo training on all aspects of commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
- Conduct site inspections and visits to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
- Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
- Leverage AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital platforms to work smartly and efficiently.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during meetings and client interactions.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Commercial Real Estate and receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to client-facing opportunities.
