Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential real estate sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing clients with detailed property information. The role involves regular site visits, market research, and working closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, client relationship management, and customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze property trends
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in the Hyderabad real estate market is a plus
