Seeking accomplished professionals to provide strategic commercial real estate services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Clients Advisory & Transaction Management:
  • Understand clients' strategic real estate goals, implementing effective plans.
  • Assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and negotiation of business terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate sales, leases, lease amendments, monitor lease expirations and renewals, locate properties, acquire new assets, and dispose of surplus ones.
  • Resolve landlord-tenant disputes as needed.
  • Analysis & Documentation:
  • Draft analyses and documents, including market reports, proposals, and letters of intent.
  • Review financial analyses, book and cash flow projections, net present value, internal rate of return, to support informed client decisions.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Select field brokers and resources.
  • Integrate service lines through coordination with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, Finance/Accounting teams.
  • Monitor transaction tracking systems for timely completion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations for relevant parties.
  • Create MIS for business development and track competition, supply, market intelligence.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Meet state real estate agency requirements.
  • Ensure corporate policies compliance related to conflicts of interest.
  • Be responsible for the quality of overviews, RFPs, templates, case studies for internal use and client presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Achieve business revenue targets.
  • Team player experience in managing or working teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial analysis.
  • A minimum graduate degree.
  • Professional experience in Commercial Real Estate industry or Allied Industry.
